Sometimes I look back on all of the important things that I've lost or accidentally thrown in the garbage over the years (keys, wallets, money, checks, plane tickets, social security cards, birth certificates, notebooks, etc) and then I think, "Well, at least I managed to hold onto this big pile of old broken cell phones and tape recorders plus all of their manuals."

And, speaking of old gadgets, I found this doozy in an issue of Sporting News from 1993 that I still have (also for a good reason, I'm sure). The jokes are all self-evident so just think of me as the guy who walked to Kinko's and scanned it:

I check my facebook to snoop on other peoples lives..I see Jamie Faber is in a new relationship which appears to be with a lesbian lover...I scope her page hoping for girl on girl kissing pics...someone mentions Jesse Popp and a NY show on her wall....I google Jesse Popp..I see a youtube video...I watch it..Jesse Popp picks up a trophy my dad gave him in 1986 and he is not as thrilled as he should be that he earned 5 stars that year. Now that is comedy.
Ha! Hey, Mick. Well, I do still HAVE the trophy, so that's gotta count for something. Maybe 5 more stars even!
True. I can't say I have mine. Pretty amazing. Didn't you hit the game winner or something in the championship game.
